Trial and error with a bit of retic pipe and fittings for a template and then went looking for heater hoses that fit.
By law you have to have a heater bof for the front windscreen demister.

I have removed the heater in my SR20 Sunny, and to still have the windscreen demister, there will be a 12v hair dryer up under the dash plumbed up to the dash/windscreen vents.
I tryed all options including, having the SR a/c and heater box, but it was far too big to have under the dash and also the a/c compressor hit the radius rod mount. Also keeping the sunny heater box but found it was too much of a pain in the arse to conect it to the SR hoses. Sorry I went a tad off topic there
