I"m starting to worry about making the deadline of the 2nd of Jan, the day we are planing on leaving Adelaide to head to Canberra.
It is only six weeks away, and i still dont have to car back from the panel shop yet, and they are telling me that it is still a couple of weeks away. ####!!! This will give me four weeks to install the running gear, rad/cooler, make up piping, fuel lines and systems, exhaust system, front struts and brakes, brake lines, tail sharft, wire up the whole car including new Autronic, tune, new carpet and door trims, install new tail lights and a lot of other bits and pieces. I have got most of the gear ready to go in, just need the car back. I'll post some photos of the SR soon.

Still on good news about the ute, went to the panel shop today and it is getting closer, but the left hand rear guard and tail gate still need work. They have told me that it will be getting primed next week.
I have asked them to finish off the shell first, so that i can start the install of the drive train gear. The photo is from a couple of weeks ago, when it was getting taken back to bare metal. You can view topic.
