you cant get to half of the spot welds on the battery tray with every thing removed anyway

i used a diegrinder on one of my 1200s as i wanted to keep the battery tray, could get in every where and ends up looking pretty neat

it actually looks neater if you grind the whole thing off as you dont have the little spot weld drill imprints left all over the place
