no sense at all.... hows this for one say your on yur fouth offence. you mum has just broght a brand new car, she lets you take if a drive, not knowing you got a blown bulb in the tail light, you get pulled over defected car gone for good..... i can see a lot of people getting angry

Yeah I heard about this awhile ago. So it means if you're driving your girlfriends car with LED wiper jets she has put on cause 'they're pretty' and you get pulled over on your fourth offence and get defected she loses her car...
It makes no sense at all.
And they wonder why the police feel such hostility from some areas of the public...

is anybody aware of the new defect laws in qld???????
well if your car is defective you dont get a fine you go to court, second offence your car gets impounded for 48 hours or something and 3rd or 4th time the car is impounded for good....... they arent targeting the cars its the drivers if you drive a mates car and get defected their car gets impounded
