I have a question...what about stuff from a 510? In Portugal we have a lot of L16 SSS, and i've been considering this swap...is the the cross member from a 510 useable on a 120Y? what is the diference between the 180B crossmember and the 510 one? Overhere i dont see many 180B...and that could be a problem...hehe...peace guys...

180 engine crossmember is what I've always heard, has anyone ever compared one to a 200B crossmember? or is it just the same part backwards or something

I have an L series convestion, and just made up a mount with some angle iron, it was as simple as pissing in a cup, worked well too. I used a 240K crossmember but had a lot of dramas with the sway bar, had to get a custom made one cost me $340.

I'd perfer the L18

in a 120Y a Z18ET is a 100% increase in power

hmm as it happens I do have a 120Y with no engine and gearbox...

shame I don't know where there are any 180B's near the farm... otherwise I'd be going that way rather than A12 and F4W60L

but also saying that the things that need to be changed/altered to fit an Lseries in a 120Y is not a small list
