PM 1200rallycar. He's got an a15ett ute. Not sure if he did the conversion himself or bought it that way but he may be able to point you in the right direction.

You are asking about an unusual swap. No one here has done it, except stirlingmac I think and it was a long time ago. It doesn't fit our transmissions but can be adapted. Did you see? http://wiki.datsun1200.com/index.php/Engine_Swaps#E-series_OHC

just pondering... but to fit this into the 1200, would you need the early crossmember or a late model ute one. Or would you have to fab new mounts all together. I'm thinking e15et+megasquirt ecu +crankfire ignition.....
