when looking for a panel beating book steer towards the hot rod and metal work ones. they will deal with welding up rust and making patches.

this is the best way. boging rust is only a short term fix.

This guy Here on Youtube is good. His videos have many different parts, so you have to watch one after the other. Keep focus that you select the correct title as he has panel repair and paint videos with similar titles. Not everything he does everyone will agree too, but it will give you a good understanding.

better off just getting a panel beater to do the work as they are not that expensive and they can make a plate to fit and will always give a warranty on their work.I know this because i am a panelbeater and i always get half finished rust jobs in because it is very time consuming pm me if u wanna a price

you need all kinds of tools and different hammers. The tools i use for rust repairs are about $10,000 by the time u buy a welder and all. are you looking at a file finish or welding plates and smoothing off with bog?
