heating problem with the sedan
it will not go under half on the tempy scale
is that normal?
what can i do to get optimal temp
ps. ive already rebuilt the radiator
help please!

Normal is right on the middle line, to about 1/16 inch past that (on the H side).

Nissan specifies "below" the H mark as being OK, but mine has never gone that far over not even in 96F weather. A lot depends on how the sender and gauge are calibrated.

"Optimal Temp" -- what did you have in mind? 180 F degrees is optimal for wear, lower temp for max power, and higher temp for fuel economy. But the carb should be different tuned for each temperature ... other wise between 160-200 thermos should be OK with stock tuning.
