if you are running 35-45psi, using good quality stainless steel EFI hose clamps should be sufficient. You need the ones that protect the hose, not the generic ryco ones you get at local auto store.

I recommend going to the wreckers, and getting a dozen of them from an R31 skyline. or similar.

Take a sample of your EFI hose, as there are at least 2 different outer diameters of 5/16th EFI rated fuel hose.

if you have a decent speed shop close by the guys will usually flare the ends at no charge (or minimal cost) and that will keep you out of truble

i would get a flare kit (cheap ones dont work though) and flare it like the right hand end in the top picture

even better would be to get a place like pirtek to flare it for you

I'm about to start bending my own fuel lines, and wonder what you do for the ends - which then need to connect to rubber hosing.

Is the idea to flare the end of the pipe, and put a threaded fitting on the end of the pipe (like a brake line) - and then screw another fitting onto that.
