Any parts supplier will be able to get them straight from the pedders or king spring catalogs. Use the online catalog for either and tell them which one you want. I wouldn't expect you would pay any more than $200 a pair but it does depend on the availability and type of spring you get.

with springs, price=quality.

King springs seem ok to me. At $100-$200 per corner, they aren't cheap.

You need to know 4 things.
- Spring inside diameter
- Spring free length
- progressive rate or linear rate
- pounds/inch kgs/mm spring rate value (completely depends on corner weight and suspension travel)

If you can't supply the four things, you will need to enlist a friendly suspension place to make suggestions, or take your car so they can experiment on your particular setup. This can cost thousands.

I found that as soon as you start modifying things, many shops put you in the too hard basket. They begin by asking, what year model, they then ask do I want low or super low...WTF!! If you're not a falcon or commodore, then you are going to have to start reading the suspension engineering textbooks and learn how to speak the language to ensure you get what you want.

There can be a problem in that some spring inner diameters are can be made with imperial or metric spring augers. So some manufacturers can't offer you the correct inner diameter spring. You will have to make up a nylon liner/spacer to fit inside the base of the spring.

The general consensus seems to be around 250lbs for a track specific car.
That's a bit hard for road use though.

Most guys running road registered cars doing occasional track days seem to be running around the 220 - 225lb range.

I'm using 225lb/inch springs combined with kyb shocks and it's a very streetable combination. I do intend to upgrade shocks when I can afford it but for the time being, it's a comfy setup that performs well too.
