yer lol im not sure on how you would go on putting a roll cage in a ute do that just put a holl in the bake of the thing thats behind the seats then continue it throw to the tray or something

yer my mate has a 1200 ute and a 1200 sedan so ill take some measure ments and make a dummie 1 not shure how to go about the cams #### you could just say u built it your self or something ay iv its enginerde that shouldnt worry about it lol hopefully

jess bert diddnt know any of that #### thats gay so how do ya go about making them for your own cars do ya have to go throw all that cams riff raff lol or just get it eginered or something

Hmmm ... sorry Spence but you're not convincing me .....
My business partner has been building cages for many years and they are not an "I'll have a go" exercise - they are a serious business.
As Bert says - YOU are responsible as the cage builder and have to sign it off ....
If you are a qualified welder, have the correct mandrel bender and formers, have studied the CAMS manual and have your own vehicle (and some others if possible) to show off your skills - then go for it!!
But from what I've read so far mate, I wouldn't be game to put MY life to the test.

As i've said before,purchase a CAMS manual,or get on thier website,and be aware you will become legally responsible for anyones carnage if using one of your commercially available cages,you will also have to register with CAMS as a roll cage builder.Should you choose to vary from thier designs in any way your bars have to pass physical crush tests.....Enjoy

Have a look at my avatar. Our cage is painted white and we've had no problems at all.

[edit] It might be a different story when your first getting your car log-booked or blue-slipped though.
