Which clearance do you need?
The valve-to-rocker arm clearance is: COLD: 0.25 mm (13 thousands inch) HOT: 0.35 mm (14 thousands inch)
The trick to make it easier is to do it cold.

Hi all, I have replaced the head on my datto along with the entire rocker assembly and i need to know the clearances as i dont have a 1200 workshop manual... got the feeler guages ready just missing this bit of info... Also i have never attemted to do this but i know the method, any tricks that will make it easyer? Thanks, Dane..
