To be honest i was actually thinking about making a trip over to aussie some time next year and it seems smart to bring one over and sell it.
You rekon they'd let me brong one over on the plane
If so i could definately be looking at doing it.

Topgear made some straight cut gears for a 56 four speed. I have herd of rally gear sets being available for the dogleg 60's, but they were like $2K or something ridiculas like that. With the prices you guys are paying for your 5spds, there'd be a dollar or two to be made in sending them over there.
I sold three 60 five speeds a bit over a year ago, and made just under a grand. From what I'm reading here, I could have got that much each for them in Aussie.

There is no smiley face for LOVE and THANKYOU...

I'm in Wollongong, its about an hour down (South) the coast from Sydney... I'm not in any screaming hurry... have to read up on it all first to make sure that I get it all right... but ultimately I'm after a 63.

63's ae pretty thin on the ground even here. I've NEVER seen one advertised. They are pretty much all sold by word of mouth.
I think that 60's are under rated. Ive done unholy things to them, and never broken one.

I just spottedthis on trademe me. It's in my town too. I'd be prepared to help someone get it to where they are if needed.

You dont think that a really worked, blown A15 would break one? I'm going for as much power as I can get out of it (not injected but). I would prefer a 60 dogleg anyways, but if its going to break in the long run, I will just wait till I can find a 63

I have a very worked supercharged A15. Numerous friends of mine (Who are lunatics in their own right) have often made exclaimations about how mercilessly I treat my driveline. They are getting old now, (The "H" pattern 60 boxes are slightly newer than the dogleg 60's) but providing they have tight bearings etc, they are pretty strong. When they get slogged out, they could well be more susceptible to torque induced failures.
And remember that in the 60 boxes, the H and doglegs are of equal strength.
