try www.nissanparts.cc

part # 56105-h5025

ask for Russel, tell him I suggested you call him
1-866-754-5500

I just received the other new insert a few days ago, if he cant get them I have an extra NOS aftermarket set I might sell you.

Technically those are B210 inserts. Will they ride as smoothly as the original B110 struts? The B210 likely is valved more stiffly, for the heavier car.

DD, are you sure? These are the #'s that came up at both local Nissan dealers as well as from Kelmo.

I thought the strut housing & inserts for a 210 were different from a 110, i.e. larger overall.

I got these from Titus in Olympia & he confirmed that they were the correct part # for the 110 prior to ordering - is this all wrong?

Last week somebody who had both was going to measure them, but I haven't seen the numbers yet. Yes, for USA models, the strut outside diameter is larger for the B210, but perhaps the inside diameter is the same?

'H50' is the Applied model code for B210STKU.

Quote:
Strut measurements (from end to end of shafts)...

1200...Monroe Part # MC-818 (CUJO3M)
OD 1 1/2"... shaft is 3/4" closed 18 3/8"
open 25 9/16"

B210 for a 1977
Gabriel... Part # G44753
OD 1 9/16"...shaft is also 3/4" closed 19 1/4"
open 26 1/8"
OK, so:

Outside Diameter
B110: 1-1/2 inch (38.1 mm)
B210: 1-9/16 inch (39.7 mm)

EDP, how do yours measure up?

$199 is full price. So it's OK, but I think you can do better.

Nissan has them for about $50 each.

Remember, gas-charged inserts will ride much stiffer than the originals.

56110-H1025 and 56110-H1026
are the original nissan part #'s
They both Supercede to 56105-H5025.
The suggested list price is $64.68. I ran an inquiry through nissan for a quantity of 2, 1 is available 1 is back order. Both Evan and I had to wait about 2 months to get them in.
Let me know what price they give you and I will see if I can come close.

Evan, I put this part # in the coupe with no problems at all so your good....
