Up to about 1975 or so the ute used the rectangular instrument panel that was used in most 1200 passenger models.
After that they adopted the three round instruments of the 1200 coupe & this is the most commonly seen ute instrument panel.
The rectangular panel/ speedo was mph in Aussie models, so unless someone has a privately imported kph one to sell, you would need to import one from a country that had them with metric markings or get an instrument repairer to convert & re-mark yours.

You need the whole instrument panel but will fit your dash pad and you need to change the pins around in your dash connection, dattodude has a diagram in his album for the wiring, I did this for the racecars wiring and it works perfectly.

There was a sticker you could get to change to km/h, I think it was available from auto stores. I'm not sure if you could still get one though.
Yep just change the pins in the plug, heaps better looking gauges from coupe/late ute!
