I can buy 1200 mounts for next to nothing here from my local auto shop. i guess its an aussie thing since you cant get them in Seattle obviously.
We cant get the 1k ones anymore though... If you get desperate, msg me and we can sort something out. Early cortina ones are a good replacement too, but I dont think you got them either. If all else fails, just go through a mounts catalogue and find someting that fits.

Thanks guys!
Guess I don't have to pay 40 bucks off of E-bay now or feel bad about missing the only set for sale in existence, thats a good thing.

i just order mine from partsamerica and get them shipped, the ones i've ordered have been good quality, it's been pretty easy to order odd parts too, like the gear reduction starters and block heaters.
OEM parts are OK ... there are much better aftermarket parts... a 25 year old oem engine mount may not be as good as the worst 3rd party new mount... i haven't used a single nissan OEM part in my car...

Rubber parts for Datsun 1200 are generally brand new. On the other hand, aftermarket is invariably less expensive, and OK or good quality.

![]() I've thought about using these. They are Suzuki Samarai transfer case mounts. They are, however, about 10mm shorter. http://www.lowrangeoffroad.com/samtcase.htm You can view topic.
