Yeah! go with a 350 holley, it wont let u down!

Handle up to 15PS+, heaps of parts/spares and reasonable cheap too!

To fit a Holley to a stock carby manifold, it's a bit of a hassle, You need to purchase an adapter for a 32/36 webber and also the Holley adapter plate that bolts onto the webber adpater, so...............
bolt the webber adapter plate to the manifold and then bolt the holley adapter to the webber adapter and there you go! for a turbo set-up i recomend welding them all together, to avoid air leaks and handle boost.

But as big d said previously the Holley does sit high in the engine bay, espeically using the method above. My top hat is made from the 350 holley air cleaner, Open in new window

This is my set up,A14,runs 15psi all day, no fuel regulator yet but it's a very good to drive as a daily driver, still cheap to run just depends on how much boost is applied ,

Turbo is a T25, standard turbo off a CA18DET, yes this set-up is a J-pipe manifold, but i am currently undergoing a different design manifold, log-style, fuel pump is a generic aftermarket lob, not to sure on the flow rate, better than ther old one i had, it was a 'fuelmiser', it was a noisy little bugger! i bought this one and it so quiet compared to that one.

Any more info wanted? feel free to ask.

SU would be good for a suck through set up, but an intercooled blowthrough set up is required, go the 350 Holley!

i think its only a twin barrel, but i could be wrong.

The smallest 4 barrel holley available is the 390.

yeah i thought as much, the 390 holley might be be a good upgrade from a 350 set-up has any one used a 390 holley? The 350 holley that is on my set up is awesome! so much better then the 32/36 webber that i used on a previous set-up.

so what needs doing to the holley to handle boost? does it need throttle spindle seals fitting? or the gaskets changing? also how do you tell a 350? done a search on ebay and saw a holley 2 barrel 7666 carb listed for a 350,400 chevy. is that one?
