There were no KB10's made in LHD, .... ever, which is why they were never sold new in Okinawa which was a LHD prefecture[?] at the time.
All other B10 models were made in LHD, but not the 'precious'

As for the 1.1 Litre engine, I'd cut him some slack & call it a typo as it would need a bore size of 77mm [A14 + second oversize] to bring the little A10 out to 1099cc & it would be necessary to bore the little end to 19mm [from 17.5mm] to make it work.
