Mods:
A14 Mild cam Twin Hatachi carbs Extractors & 2" exhaust Woodgrain steering wheel After market tacho, 3 inches or so CD player The cars in pretty good condition, the engine & gearbox are going strong, the interiors not bad. Dad and I resprayed the car a few months ago. It was our first time so you can see some dodgy spots but it looks pretty reasonable if you don't look closely. When I bought the car about a year ago it had had a lot of work done to it by the previous owner. He said he was the second owner after an old lady who had had it sitting in her yard for a while. What was done about a year ago: Rebuilt motor New shocks & bushes, reset springs & leafs New brakes Most of the rust was cut out & plated over & underneath has been sprayed with sound deadener. Some bubbles were coming back when I resprayed the car but were repaired and is now quite rust free. The not so great things it has are the carbie needs a tune, the speedo cable has snapped and it needs a new wheel bearing. They're all small things most anyone could do in the backyard (or let someone else do for a small fee). ![]() ![]() I'm asking $1600 ono The car's in Maleny QLD, about an hour north of Brisbane Call Dad (Keith) if you want to ask some questions on (07) 5494 3539 or email me at flamingheads_@hotmail.com I'm not sure if I'll have time to check this page much so phone or email is a better way of getting in contact.
