I'd love to know who actually paid that much for them, it's just a standard plate with no real meaning. Probably a P-Plater with a 2 Fast 2 Furious complex.

There was a bloke who worked in the same complex I used to that had SLE-3PR, and I don't even see that as worth $1200.
