were you able to keep the hooks on with the lid down, or did you cut them off

Hooks have to go, i have set up some internal stainless tie down points to secure ropes/straps with.

Hey man, Lookin' good!
All I can add, is, keep an eye on the screw thingo that holds the air cleaner cover on. I've always had a problem with them vibrating loose. . . Keep the pics coming!

OK, next installment, handed it to the boys for disassembly, they are restoring a VB commodore and the Datto at the same time in our workshop. Plastic bagging all bolts, nuts, fittings, and what do you know, NO RUST!!. Main reason i grabbed this ute was because i was certain it would be free from cancer.
