If you pull the dash you're probably best to keep it, it's in perfect nick. Honestly, I reckon beige interiors are dead sexy. So many people use boring old black or white.
I'd do a few trial sprays and match up your desired silver with the brown, it may work after all if you get the right shade.

I didnt like it at first (brown interior) but love it now, its just so factory, though mine is absolutely perfect...
Good luck with the engine(s) too...
Edit: respect your viewpoint rev, I just personally think that the brown is hard to match with paint, if it was a lighter shade maybe, but not the ute shade

Yep, considered it, but then we hit steering wheel, centre console, door trims, handles, etc. I just think white exterior, brown interior will be what it is.

I like the tan interior. It goes well with the baby blue, red, green. Pretty much anything. Thats what is great about beige. It is a true neutral colour. I realise this is a different shade but you get the idea of it aginst the blue and even the black.

At this stage i've got 3 A12 engines to build with my automotive classes, in saying that we'll keep it pretty simple, carby, extractors and exhaust.

Yep, he's already saying "It's my ute, not yours daddy"!!!.
Ironically the silver i want is yours Wolki, love the work you've done on it.
And yes the brown is not my first choice but the interior, apart from the seats is A1. I just cant justify recovering a mint dash. Maybe I'll just need to buy a crap dash to recover and offload mine!!
