im just hoping they fit over the r32 brakes

Frank, The rims should fit over the R32 brakes provided the rotors are 280mm dia. I run these brakes on my track car with no issues. in fact I can also fit my 14 X 6 superlites as well.

all depends on how the brakes are mounted
benny, im assuming on the race car the disc would be mounted behind the hub unlike the original skyline setup

but your right, the 280mm brakes should fit under 15s pretty easy...although with skyline brakes its not the disc size that really matters, its the fact the caliper overhangs the front of the disc so much if you get what i mean

Pigdog, Yes you are correct, that the rotor is mounted behind the hub, I did forget that frank's setup is the complete S13 strut assembly.

Also I do get what you mean about the caliper over hangs the mounting face of the hub /wheel assembly. ie the the rotor is mounted the "top hat" way, like the factory intended.

heres a bit of an update after being away for 3 weeks I got crackin with some work.

finally the top coat is on and it came out great, last nights storms gave me the perfect weather conditions to paint in today. zero wind and zero dust gave me no imperfections. clear coat goes on next. so happy
