the bonnet is now sprayed, it came up pretty good but im still not happy with it so it will most likely be sprayed at a later date

new door painted, crappy taiwanese panels neeed so much fixing just to fit. new seals fitted (which make the window really hard to wind up) then new tint applied and chrome buffed up. new headlights fitted, these come from a land rover which use halogen bulbs not sealed.

well after taking the update pictures this morning i was dissapointed with the amount of dust on the car so i moved it for its first time out into the sun and gave her a wash.

Nice job Frank, was it hard to line up the new panels before you welded them on? I'm fitting new panels and I'm worried they wont be perfect. I.E. the rear quarters not lining up with the doors and then the fronts not lining up with the doors.

Also if you don't mind me saying. In that last picture, do you think it would look better with no tint. To me it makes the whole car look to dark. But hey you do live in TVE!

Keep it going!

it certainly wasnt easy as the taiwanese panels are pretty crappy. all i can say is dont force the panels on and just take your time.

front guard is painted just need to do the other side and thats the paint finished. the panel still needs to be aligned so dont worry.
