no it wont damage the beaing because im using the s13 front end.. as for time i think its been about a year and who knows what the budget is... its as much as it takes to finish it.

wow people i have finally gone and purchased my rims for the ute they are 16x7 +38 offset...and no spacers. fitted with kuhmo 205x40x16s... I was going to fit the superlites but they couldnt make them in the right offset. but now ive got didish

as for pointers on doing the lips, i recommend using a piece of right angle along the entire length and then weld it all together it will be a good strong weld then.

as for the u bolts, i got new ones from pedders as the old ones would have been to short and about 10mm not wide enough.

as for the calipers i suppose ill put them on the back havent looked into it enough yet

Did u come across any problems with shaving the lip off the tray?
Iv thought about doing it but not too sure if there is any tricks or anything like that
Do u have any pointers that would help doing it?

man that would look low as with 4 inches of lowering and the sills on the tray removed.
