WOW... A topic that hasn't been covered 10 million times before.....

Look around in the wiki or use the search button. That helps.

Edit; Apoligies, Sarcasm rarely comes across the way you want it on paper.

gee your so nice revhead. its a hard setup to get working properly. so any advice will help and save $$$.

ive said this b4 but not sure if it will work. the dizzy of a E15et should be easy to fit to the A series as u steal the elec dizzy of the E series for the A seres anyway. the E15et ecu and wiring loom are piss easy to wire up. (theres more wiring involved in a amp & sub setup) u should be able to get the whole efi setup for about $200 max including pressure reg, air flow meter, dizzy, ecu & loom. some other sensors may be needed but they arnt important and adapt it to the A15.

i put a E15et in my 1000 ute and the whole setup for EVERYTHING cost me no more than $500. i would say that this setup will be much less than any other setup considering a reco carby setus u back nearly 300.

@Revhead

I wonder what would become of this forum and site if nobody wanted to answer any questions any more, because it was all documented in the wiki. I suspect that it would die a quick and certain death.

In the amount of typing you did there, you could have given him at least half an answer, maybe that you know that it's been done before, and then pointed him in the right(or in this case left) direction.

With the amount of threads and information being as vast as it is, I sometimes find it difficult to dig up a thread that disappeared of the "Recent" list impossible. So any help from anybody finding a thread about a specific discussion on say this conversion, would be great.

However, you probably scared him off sharing any interesting questions he might have had, and possibly of this site. On top of that he now probably thinks you're a dick.

There are several posts on the subject-
check this out, it has some stuff in it that might be usefull
When i did my set-up i tried the webber but i experimented with a 350 holley with great sucess, its much better than the webber in my opinion!

Have a look through the search button this subject has been covered extensivly more or less

i'm real tempted to do this but i've heard that the gearbox is pretty weak, as i've got a 5 speed and don't wanna break it i'm scared. so would like to hear from people's experiance of blown a series and how much power the box can handle?
