ok, im not sure but had the wheels off today
(well dad did cos i have a broken leg, which makes things difficult to do ) and they say they are 15"x6.5JJ18
so am i right in assuming they are 18mm offset??

Also my rear (different style wheel) are stamped with "28" close to the wheels size (eg. 15x7JJ)
would u assume that is offfset of 28mm??

thanks in advance everyone

That should be correct, easy way to measure (tyre off is more accurate as you can imagine), get wheel/tyre flat on ground, measure from ground to hub mounting face. flip wheel over facedown and do the same, split difference and theres your offset. Measuring with 2 steel rules is easiest, one to lay across wheel centre other to measure.

The wheel pictured on your car dont appear to be skyline mags, but do look very similar.

Skylines Ti wheels are 15 X 6 and have a backspace of 120mm

Here is a pic of my ones I had powder coated several years ago.
