nice work, i saw a couple of these setups today on out cruise, stu has a great alloy catch can one- but looks like a fire extinguisher.

nice work, those s13 brakes should clear 13's if they are 250mm rotors

yeah fair bit of room there..i think 13s would clear them too.


The overflow bottle is a pretty easy fix and much cheaper than some "brand" name overflow/catch can ones they sell, plus this matches some of the stuff going on in the engine bay like my strut brace and fittings...

i got a pair of vents for my newly restored dash which will allow air to actually flow through the dash out of the heater/fan box..

Old ones still had dust rubbers on them, they would gave been fine with a paint.

I hate the newer seal units. Can't regrease them and no casselted nuts and split pins, friging nylocks

Rubbers were split, and the new one in that pic does has casselted nuts and split pins but the othe side no no :(

Hey dude. I am a newbie in this website and looking trought it found your thread. Congratulations on a magnificent job. I just spend the last three hours basically reading every post in this thread. Nothing to thank about. If anything I honestly believe, we the members of the forum should thank you for such a great work on documenting your project. Not only provided us with information that will be helpfull for all of us , but also it helps in keeping us enthusiastic in reference of our projects. I can only hope I will have the same excelent results you have had. I will post a couple of pictures in the next week. Once again, Thanks and keep up the excelent work.

that body looks so good compared to the nightmare i got, the guy cut all the drip rails off the top of the rear quater panels. i got completely rotten floors. but good news is im a car painter by trad and months away from being a qualified mechanic.
