of course!!! its an awesome diff and parts are everywhere the only bad thing is that it is 4 link link setup so you will have to cut all that crappy metal and weld the leaf spring supports unless you want to convert your ute to 4 link or use at least the traction bars

mpower, does a ae86 diff have rear disk brakes? might be a better option.. lsd and read disks??

you guys are giving me some tempting options....

i used the ae86 lsd diff with custom mounts for the leafs springs also used the front and rear end of the ae86 tailshaft with the datsun tailshaft shortened

any chance you can pm me with what was involved in this? not to cluey when it comes to diffs, i have a t-50 tailshaft already that i was going to use the front end on my custom tailshaft , there is a good chance i could use both ends of that tailshaft if i was using the 86 lsd???and only get the middle shortened?
Also is it a straight swap with the datsun diff centre???

can probably measure mine for you if ya want? If i were you id be going AE86 lsd and get a tailsaft made to suit the diff flange. Center cost me $350 off the forums.

bout to get my tailshaft made, any tips on measuring it up guys? i have the t-50 end and of course the back end of the standard tailshaft for my datsun diff..
what/where should i be measuring?

THANKS MATE, yeah ive tried to make it a clean as possible, hidden most wires everything is in conduit, all wires for the engine are coming from the one firewall hole. lots of things are mounted inside the cabin like ignitor etc, bit fiddly but makes a big difference
