Joyce Mayne, as a business name, is like Harvey Norman, as a business name.

There was Mr. Joyce, & there was Mr. Mayne. The Joyce family live on a property [Jumping Rock] just down the road from me & Greg, one of the sons, runs a farm machinery manufacturing company on the property. [Sherwood Farm Machinery]

Old Mr. Joyce passed away several years back & he too had lived in his own house on the property since his retirement.

I don't know for sure but I had thought that the lady in the photo was an actress.
