Me and my old mate Glen used to go out for a traditional thursday night hack in the back streets for a game of 'cat and mouse'. The game consists of 2 idiots, 2 cars and 2 pairs of balls like small planets. Ideally performed in the wet the object of the game is to be the mouse. Cat chases mouse. You want to be the mouse so what happens is that the mouse has to pull hand brakies and all sorts of stuff to try and stay in front but if old mate does a 180 handbrakie right in front of you you either have to get out of his way or beat him to it and become the mouse. There is usually one car that out powers the other but to make it interesting you do crazy sh1t. TO give the other driver a sporting chance.

Mind you this was over 10 years ago and there was alot less traffic on the streets. Man I really was a d1ckhead.

All said I really don't reccommend this game for 21'st century use.

In late 85 I wa driving my datto 1200 wagon along the SE freeway ( about where the works are happenning now) and with a slight drizzle of rain and all of a sudden I went from a 100ks to zero ks parked in the miiddle of the freeway, hell what did I know about tread and speed and grip back then.
I had the mag wheels (12''jellybeans ) the tyres were round and black and that was all that mattered, but after three 360 spins at 100ks an hour new rubber was my new best friend.

Anyone got a funny story or tale regarding datsuns (or other makes)? Or even some trivial facts that most people don't know?
This site is great, but when I get the time to use it and don't need parts or advice It seems a bit dull. Don't get me wrong, it is a very handy & sometimes entertaining site, but a bit more fun & humour as well as the other content would be great!
