Was the hail anything like in the pic below, these were also golf ball sized.

most of the damage was done to the roof, bonnet, and tops of front quaters and chiped paint everywhere and a smashed mirror. on the underside of the bonnet you can see the paint has chipped from the dents

OUCH! I can remember the storms when i lived in Ipswich, i was in saddliers crossing and most of the storm gather momentum and usually smash Brisbane with full force, but i got an email from my mate in ipswich this morning and he said that he had a few smashed windows in his house and shed, he rekons that instead of traveling to brisbane the storm circled around and smashed ipswich. Good luck with the repairs.

yer i was outside before it stormed i wasnt sure weather it was goin to rain because i watched the clouds pass over and they were moving in all directions and it didnt look like it had started to rain yet as you usually can when you look out towards the range and when it started to rain it was coming from the opposite direction but yer the clouds were definatley circleing and i seen a bright green glow at one stage

we got absolutely nothing down this end,
bit of rain and lightning but thats about it.
your panels tell me "thank goodness we didnt."
