you can make you're own kit pretty easy. You either use a washer bottle, or a pressure resovoir. If you do a google search, the net should be swimming in info on how to build them

When I sold the car I sold it with a massive folder full of reciepts and instruction books. the instructions were in there along with a photocopy of the manual for the SC12 (essentially the same as the SC14) your best bet is to track these down. SC12's and 14's are almost completely non-servicable, so check the oil and leave it at that. If you try and take it apart you will end up with a big bill from hard to get toyota genuine parts. the main assembly (lobes & gears) are pressed together at the factory and if you try to take them apart you will bugger it for good.

You may also be able to track down the water injection on the web. I bought it online. had a name like supercool or aquamist.
