$3000 is a very good price, normally if you want a 2dr 1200 in AUS forget it! you cant get one, they are too rare.
I paid $500 for mine but it was full of rust, I've spent more than $2000 to get it to the condition of this one, and all work was done by me!
If you really want a rare 1200 you have to expect to pay more!

yes i have coupe doors because the original are stuffed but i still have them for the glass and to swap the eops over (easy job) i have everything that makes this a 2 door sedan
