THROW OUT NOTHING
until car is finished.you may want bits of the body harness, plugs, relay sockets etc nuts, bolts, rubber grommets.......
you get the picture
there is a little grey plug near the fuse block that is for diagnostics. if you use factory ecu this only takes a couple wires to have it working.

its been a while, update

gearbox tunnel is fully welded in and the gear box painted. New freshly painted hardcover on! here is some pics

i noticed a few posts ago you asked what else you could take out of the engine bay.... i would say to get rid of that massive relay box, you should only need half of them if any (put the ones you need in the cabin aswell)
