i'd be worried about it moving! i made an adjustable x-member in my coupe, but i just drilled another hole 25mm away from the existing hole, worke quite well under race conditions.

Thats definately not factory, look at the spoggy welds. If that is just reliying on the control arm bolt to stop it moving, i would not be trusting it.
If the bolt had camed washers, it would be a bit better.
