stumpy skyline box ??????

hey guys i was under the impression that the r30 skyline box bolts straigt to the ca18
but my friend is telling me diffent.
does it need the ca20 bel housing to work?

need a CA20 bellhousing and put a different counter shaft bearing on the R30 box

then the 2 halves will go together and bolt to the CA

sorce the bearing from where, nissan or just any autospares......

yeah, only have to undo like 10-15 bolts and a circlip to get the bellhousing off

use bearing puller to get old bearing off, then use a heat gun to slightly heat the new bearing so it will slide back on

bearing part number is in a thread by daveman, theres a link to it in a thread that i put up recently
