Axle tramp is not completely gone but under control. Fixed this with a big set of gas shocks and shackel bushes. I need another set of spring saddles as pedders bent my new ones but hey, you win some you lose some. I'm thinking about playing with pinion angle to eliminate the tramp completely but its 80% better so its no real problem anymore. Also got better shocks for the front.

I found wheels to fit and correct the track in the rear. I was tossing up between superlites or I found a guy to knock up a set simmons. I'm leaning towards the superlites as they are more than half the price of the simmons and the simmons would have been rimmed up and I wasn't sure if I liked to look of it. Plus I can replace the superlites in the future.

Gav nolathane bushes are the best.
If you take a sample to auto1 or similar store
you will get a match up to something very close.

Good to hear you are enjoying your little beast.
In regards to wheels, I found a good package for
handling and ride are 165/60/14 or 175/55/14.

If you had the money to spend on your beaut ride
I suggest something along these lines in 14"

I now have custom sring saddles, there is no float now. Remember I have a locked h165 in her now. The axle assembly was floating on the spring locators but its all good now.
My datto is a nuaghty little tramp.

Does anybody know part numbers for shackle bushes?

the spring saddle bushes help a lot for reducing axle float, you might be able to buy new genuine still,
and some nolathane would be awesome,

go1200 pretty much sumed it up. I have not painted yet as im searching for wheels and even someone to give me the time of day.
Engine and gear box mounts needed to be re-designed and made using maddat type engine mounts for all three. Im really happy with my new mounts, go1200 and his brother done them this time and they are very good.
Currently sorting out servere axle tramp and vibrations. Tail shaft needed to be repaired, im not happy with it but it seems to be working. I will get another one made once its all together. I had a few issues with the whole axle assembly floating from side to side which I had fixed. I put some nice new and bigger shocks (pedders comfort gas) in the back. Its getting alot better but still there. Next we are trying shackel bushes and then pinion angle.
I have been super busy, not just with my car. Its all coming along and still ironing out poblems. So much fun driving it though.
