not much chance really.. the 56's are the smallest of them all..

60 is better, and ultra rare 63 is the biggest..

I have one 5 speed left in my garage. I'm holding onto that one for a spare.
Sold all my 4 speeds.
To the right person, about 500 USD.

i recon u will blow any a series 5 speed eventually if its behind a A? turbo. do what was said b4. sell it and buy a celica box it will be worth it in the long run. i recon it costs more to get hold of a strong a series box than it is to get power out of an A series. i its the only downfall of the A series

I've done UNHOLY things to 60 series Aseries gearboxes and not broken one. Unbelievably, my 63 is starting to play up!!!!! One of the synchros has given up

You'll kill a diff before a gearbox! Ive run a 4spd dry 2ce and it still shifts nice and isnt noisey!

Then again in my old 1000 ute i killed a A10 box, spat the lay shaft out of the bearing.
