Smart move. Get the ute looking sweet with a weber carby and nice body and stick with it for a while. If you can collect all the bits for the conversion before you start you will be more likely to finish it.

But seriously I dont recomend a turbo Datto for a inexperienced driver. No retractable seatbelts, seatbelt tensioners, air bags, grumple zones, side intrusion protection etc. So if you F### up you may not survive and trust me these things are Bloody quick cars. Howver they have a colapsable steering column for safety.

Just get all the bits and plug them in! It's easy as.....


No not really, if you are really 15 you should be worrying about other thins like slamming sheilas not turbo'ing datsun's.

225mm disc brakes
r31 shortened diff lsd
engine bay needs bead blasting and paint
new sills and some rust work in the tray NM
dint in door needs repair(my dad was pissd off so he kicked it in)
new gear box tunnel
new motor mounts (maddat)
and of course SR20DET
