yeah the fit in pretty easy in the engine bay, i needed to make some custom headers up so that they would fit past the steering box and odler arm. but now the V6 actually sounds like a real engine, unlike pretty much every other commodore v6 out there
only had to cut into the firewall as i dummied the engine up without the throttle body on it, and then it just fit the firewall when i put it in.
theres plenty of room in front of the engine for the radiator and such, pretty sure an L series is longer than the v6
trans tunnel would be a fair bit of work as the autos are huge, but nothing a new tunnel wont fix
and yeah probably wouldnt be any good for any kind of mid to high speed cornering with all the weight up the front...could just run semi slicks all the time
wouldnt really say it was a good idea for a road car unless you were after a burnout car that you wanted to drive on the street. coz its never going to be legal either
saying that mine with a stock engine, stock auto, 3.9 gears and 185 14s has no problem finding limiter on the spot in top gear. hoping it can still do it with 3.08s and 205 15s
