I made my own soft mounts. Glued some offcut Converyor belt rubber to a sheet of 4mm plywood. Sat a battery on it overnight so it stuck well.

I then chalked a pattern on cut the bits out with a jig-saw and then I touched it up with a 4 inch grinder and a grinding disc (to get to all the hard to get to bits).

Worked a treat. Conveyor belt is durable as, hence the choice. I may have a picture somewhere.
