coming along well mate , im going to cut the front radiator support out when putting in my ca18det in that way both motor and box can go in together .
then ill fabricate something so i dont have to weld it bake together so if i ever need it out it will be a bit easier

hehe thanks guys... im sorry to say that no it will not be running soon as i am hopefully going off to basic training in wagga on tuesday, i will be away for 10.5 weeks, after that i go to Amberly near Ipswich for 14.5 weeks for more training.

i dont know what im going to do with my ute i may have to get deeper in debt and pay someone to finish it for me which is sad.

Good stuff mate. Just a suggestion grab 2 or 3 even 4 cheap fire blankets i get em at me local post office there good for covering ya dash and windows etc even thick cardboard and tape. Grinding sparks dont polish out of glass etc i learned that the had way. Get a good camera to so we can see better pics of the chic ohh Ahh i mean the ute.

haha for sure Andy ill get better pics when i get back from training. The dissapointing thing about this build is so far the only help ive had is from my MRS and the thought of having to pay someone now sh!ts me, ive come so far but there is so much left to do such as;
* fuel cell, pump, lines.
* secret compartment in the tray where the original fuel tank used to be to hold the relocated battery and wheel brace/jack.
* interior re-vamp
* mini-tubs
* shortened diff
* rebuild SR20 with some Tomei bits to handle some boost

the list goes on...

yeah i got it to work after about 7 presses and massive amounts of windows popping up and waiting but i finally got it... yay got to get this old gal up to QLD and get her cracking.... when i get my navara on the road i will be able to blast back and pick up my engine crane and other bits and pieces and hopefully get the handbrake hooked up so i can get it transported up here.
