Thanks fellas. Unfamilia the tunnel is somewhat similar to the stanza one it kicked out at the top so i had to cut some off and box it in a bit the rest was a bit out but i just dollied and tacked it in. Had to put some pieces in to mesh up with the old tunnel to near handbrake but same thing tack and dolly and all good. Should see it from the engine bay it's huge, Love it. Brought a Lincoln 180 Gas/Gasless sent me broke but will pay for its self pretty quick. Have just been using it with gasless setup for now figure if i can master that then gas will be even better. The welds are pretty good and penetrate nicely its mainly just cleanup of the splatter.

O.K its been along time and not much happening here. Since moving, working, Working on Ute and Hanky. Bit the bullet and got Maddat SR crossmember kit, minus gearbox crossmember and sway bar as i already have those. Fitted it this sarvo. Also have R31 tank to go in and have had an 8mm fuel line bent up to match the old standard one, Its got the S13 discs and calipers adapted to the 120y struts with New H/D King springs and new Gas inserts. So its on with it we go now. Actually hanging to get in to it as theres only panel and paint work on body no rust, well a bit the size of 20 cent piece. Will get it all up and running then tear down for paint.

Fitted Clutch Master today Nice fit, Reservoir is a tight fit around cap near plenum but can get it off and on so all good. Just got to do some reshaping around the clutch master to firewall to give it a bit of a factory look. Also got the R31 pedal box nearly fitted up and ready. Going to weld a piece of plate in between firewall and pedal box to add strength.

that clutch master looks like a pita to change the brake lines. like i can talk, theres no room in mine on that side due to gas stuff every where!

should have just put it under the dash...so much easier
seems as you are somewhat inspired to do work on wagons again, feel like coming and poking my car so atleast something is happening to it ![]()

Nah I'm over under dash setups had nothing but trouble with the one in Hanky Tried 3 different hose types and sizes and still got fluid weaping from somewhere and eating engine bay paint. Gotta pull out half the dash every time to do any maintenance. Then theres the gravity feed thing, Put em wear there meant to go and easy to get at. I like the R31 pedal box just decided to mod it a bit for straight up and down clutch master bolts, easy as.
