im tight, and i even think its a very good price for all the original parts and if you were going for a concourse or original factory set up, these would be perfect for the collector.

USA members maybe should buy off ebay, the $$$ for you is good agains the aus at the moment.

I wouldn'd dare argue that they have become pricey but when you look at the trends of origionality's sake for any performance model of car. How much wil a genuine set of tripple 175CD strombergs cost from a GTR-XU1 cost you in todays market. Then a set of origional air cleaners (not repro) and then an exhaust header setup?? At least $2K

The price is usually set by Demand. Not actual worth.

im not knocking whats on offer here a good reasonable deal especially as its genuine nissan gear.
just generally they seem to have gone from $2-300 for twin su's to at least double that in a short spaced of time.

I'm not trying to be gready or anything, this
setup cost me oodles collecting bits along
the way. Iv'e had the help of some
members like Benny & Revhead & Dodgeman
Everyone knows what they cost, if you
do the math on a Gx ex manifold, airbox etc
not including the bits and pieces- they are dear.
They go on ebay tommorow so i will
see what the people think then.
Cheers
Dean

Edit: Thanks Rev & 1000wgs

Bear in mind the origional NOS parts that are coming with it. Dean has spent heaps on the bits to make it all look like new when it's finished.

By the way, He just put the round top on for a look. He has both the square tops and both the round tops. The carbs are in really good nik too. No shaft play etc and the bottoms of the throats havent been flogged out.

Given that a set of A14T carbs sold for $670 and this set has the airbox and a genuine GX exhaust manifold as well... How much have you seen people ask for just the exh manifold. One bloke sold one for $450.
