yeah mate, happily...
i bought the dyna mat off of ebay it was about $260, and it comes in standard thickness and sheets that are a standard size. It is really easy to work with and you can minipulate it really well.
cover everything with the dyna mat... then cut out the bits you want gone, such as gearbox hole.
the dynamat has an adehsive side that goes onto the body and then just force it down with a hammer handel.... works really well!
all the best.
ohh and those kingsprings iv got no idea what ones they are, just asked at my local suspension shop and they had em on shelf hope it helps fellas!

Great build mate. So happy to see younger guys taking their time and doing things right the first time. Its hard to get people to see the benefits of having a little patience. Have you done all the metal work yourself?


Dont want to see it finished because I like the rebuild so much!! :)

haha very nice to hear brad, im glad your enjoyed watching it....
ok well here is the weekends effforts, and i took out the motor again, we made a bit of a mistake and forgot about a hot water outlet (i cut it off to look better, didnt go so well now haha) so iv got some welding to do on the block at the outlet.... it also will get the 5 speed, and clutch buttened up befors she goes back in. here are the pics of the weekend:

and thanx very much to srb210.... i really appreciate it! yeah dad and my uncle made sure that it was done properly once! yeah very true about the patience bit, it does get hard at times but its just the way car building goes i guess...yes all the work you see here is done by either myself, my dad or uncle, my uncle eaven did the spray job.


haha i want to see it done tho!! you will have to check it out on one of the cruizes when shes finally going...
