Whats this for? (With new pics of wires)

I was cleaning up my engine bay when I found this (insert pic) I know it's a inline fuse but whats it for? I know it has to go to something as it's part of the stock wiring harness any help or info is appreciated thanks LeDevil

If I remember correctly, that feeds the electric choke. Last time the electric choke did not warm up I cleaned the fuse and connectors in the pic and the choke started functioning correctly.

As my first post shows that Light blue-ish wire if that is for my choke what are these wires for? The Red wire is hooked up to my Choke (I fixed the broken connector) and then there's the Red/Green? I'm trying to source any and all loose ends with the electrical and the schematics I have tried looking at don't make since so please help and Thanks LeDevil

EDIT: Also what size fuse is supposed togo in that in line fuse? so I can throw one in it and see if it pops.

The first pic is of the FUSE for the choke. The last pic of of the choke itself.
