a properly set up swaybar shouldn't need 2 to work properly. this would only be for an increase in stiffness which you would get from one single bigger stiffer swaybar. a dual set-up would only create some issues with the swaybar having different arcs and pushing and pulling on the suspension.
i am happy to be proven wrong but i can't see any reason for 2.

Had a look at sparkyza1 datsun, he has dual anti roll/sway bars in.

Is there anyone else that have done something like this, would like to get more ideas of mounting them.

The main reason for this is to decrease roll, anything else it helps with?
