Hi,
The login issues has been a struggle that I still trying to find, every thing works for me, heck, it even works on the same club member laptop from work, and not from home, so it's really hard to fix when I can not make it fail to check what happen.

As for the delay in posting, it's to improve the site performance, the main page is the heavier and the most downloaded page, a copy updated every 5 minutes to unload the server from having to build a new one every time.
And every time it's some times 10 hits in one second, that really slows down the whole site.
It's not the best way to do it, a copy should be kept while it was not changed, but for now it's only way.

It is a new site so glitches here and there (I would have thought) are normal.

Heya Daniel, not having a dig whatsoever, It's an awesome site, and where i spend most of my Net time, I don't know what the difference is to the old site, it looks mostly the same with most of the same features, just a different feel,

I'm more than appreciative of the work you guy's put into it,

I've been a part of a few Automotive forums, this one and the Aus300zx ones are the best,
Try being a part of the Lexus soarer forum being a newbie with questions and see how far you get, talk about a bunch of heads so far up their own A$$es that lot breathe Ozone.. ha ha

Dont think D is having a dig at anyone. Actually think its good hes being honest about the struggles with the new site. Sure better than him just getting a big resentment and sacking the site all together. This site is the bomb great mix of datto lovers even that unfamilia guy is alright.

Hey this is one of the best sites by far no doubt
just some gliches and layout issues.
I feel that the old site had a retro feel to it that
was timeless and uncluttered.
Maybe Im a creature of habit who hates change
(read going grey) yet I feel the old site was
cleaner and easier to navigate.
My mistake about the sent mail thingy but I expected
to see this on the update but forgot to see that keeping
spammers and bots at bay is a huge problem.
Maybe Daniel if you look at the old one some of that
style of look can come back? Also I use Firefox and
maybe since its a Fedora version (i dont use windoze
anymore) I will have to wait for a new version update
or even try Chrome when its out.
Its just my opinion. All in all thank you for your work

I think the site has changed in many ways but it's still the best & Daniel deserves a big kiss from a supermodel (and maybe more) for all of his work.

ha its funny cos i saw this post start and wanted to post but i couldnt log in almost a week since it started aswell. id be all for the old site at least then i could use it.
