Even at $40 it aint bad buying. I brought one form Frankthedolphin trainer and then cut up the end plates. Was nothing wrong with it to start with but I wanted it to sit lower.

oh, yeas Progression... Yes Nige, Pogosticks are Better, not just cheaper to make... I'll be Nice.. or the price of my Skirting board job will go up.. :)

He's right about the strut brace, 1000's seem a lot more solidly built, less flex
